GENERAL MANAGER:
To augment on administration, sales, HRD, Legal activities we have an experienced officer with vast experience in security services to control team and giving satisfactory service to client.
MANAGER:
Every activity and the report from the units are regularly monitored by the manager and reported to the Business Head who take necessary & immediate action accordingly. He keeps regular liaison with Management and Visit the units regularly.
ASST. MANAGER:
Certain number of zones makes an area. An area is looked after by an Asst. Manager. He visits the units regularly and meets management & staff on a regular basis.
FIELD OFFICER:
The certain numbers of unit have been guided by the field officer. Each such unit is personally looking after by a field officer. The field officer visits the unit daily to check the attendance, discipline, turnover of security staff & also meet the security in charge of the unit and give necessary instructions on day today functioning and requirements.
SECURITY SUPERVISOR:
Security supervisor, who is a part of a security staff in the unit, also monitors and renders an ‘OK’ report to the control room on each shift and take instructions if any.
ON CALL VISIT:
Apart from the routine visits as above the concern, our officers visit units immediately on call basis at any time of the day or night as required.
SELECTION:
Before selection, we undertake a thorough screening. We generally prefer sponsored candidates with proper references. We confirm one’s identity by their various records like school certificates, Voter ID cards etc., apart from other cross questioning and interrogation. After that we carry out police verification of our selected candidates.
TRAINING:
After joining, the security guards are given two weeks indoor & outdoor training, where they are taught basic drills, firefighting, first aid, duties of security, observations, alertness, identification, record keeping, recording of events, vehicle parking, documentation, night duty, rainy day duty & wearing uniforms System of checking identification & general observation are taught. After training satisfaction, they are given on job at the post.
